Sad to leave this fun place! こんな楽しい場所から帰るのは寂しいな。。。

Fancy Hotel! 豪華なホテル★

Thanks to Soo Hyuen's parents, they prepared Mandalay bay for us! We had such a comfortable stay here.  Papa & Mama got us matching UGG for my Birthday/Christmas present!  They are so cute and warm! Love, Miyu

Recovery Trip!! 退院お祝い旅行☆彡

Finally discharged!! やっと退院★

Since what has happened yesterday, the Orthopedic doctor came out to the hospital to check on me 1st in the morning of Thanksgiving!! Yes, he gave me a permission to go home!! I was so happy to be released from the hospital for good!!!! Kathy is another good nurse who took cared of me on my 1st surgery as well as 2nd time!

As soon as I got home, mama gave me a  clean shower and felt asleep! Love, Miyu

昨日の件があったから、今日は朝いちばんに骨の専門医が病院まで来て私の様子を見に来てくれたよ。やったあ！今日感謝祭の朝、退院の許可もらったよ。今度は、本当にこの病院とバイバイだね。この看護師さんは、キャッシーさん。彼女もまた一度目の入院の時も今回も親切にしてくれたんだよ。

おうちについたら綺麗にシャワーしてもらってほっとしたのかスヤスヤ眠ったよ。未愉

Thank you for coming to the hospital to visit me. Thank you all for people who were saying prayers.

I was supposed to be discharged today, however I was having a discomfort from swollen, tingling & numbed fingers. Both doctor and nurses have told me that these conditions were normal and kept giving me the stronger pain killers. Thanks to mom who believed me till the end and fought with them for me. Finally doctor came to the hospital to check on my hand/arm! As soon as he saw my fingers, he unwrapped bandage and my fingers became normal! Thank god not going home without having doctor checked on me. Thank you mom once again!

Only one thing I was lucky to stay one more night was that I got to see Nurse Terrie again!!Love, Miyu

みんな、お見舞いに来てくれてありがとう。来れなかった人達も祈ってくれてありがとう。

本当は今日退院できる予定だったの。だけど、手の痛みだけでなく、腫れ、痺れ、圧迫感は普通でなくて変だと思ってたの。ドクターや看護師さん達はみんな普通だと言って診に来てくれることもなく退院させようと。。ママは私の事をよく分かってくれているから信じて何度も話してくれたの。ドクターは、あたしの手を見た瞬間慌てて包帯を巻き直してくれたの。そしたら一瞬で楽になったの。あのまま退院してなくて本当に良かった。ママ、ありがとう。

もう一晩入院することになってラッキーだったのは、その夜またテリーさんがお世話してくれたの。未愉

Surgery #2 ! ２度目の手術★

Sadly, both bones in my forearm got shifted. Unfortunately, this time I had to have a major surgery. The orthopedic doctor worried my parents as it took almost 3 hours ( initially was told 1.5 hours- half!).  He insert two rods into Radius and Ulna to support and help to heal straight.  Since the surgery ended late, I was told to stay at Hospital on this night.  Love, Miyu

悲しい事に、私の骨は再び動いてしまったの。今回は結構大変な手術みたいだったよ。約１，５時間で終わると言われていたのにほぼ倍の３時間もかかったから両親はすっごく心配してたんだよ。橈骨と尺骨両方の中にロッド棒を入れてまっすぐ骨がひっついくようにしてもらったの。手術後夜遅かったからそのまま入院したよ。未愉

Trolls! トロールズ★

I was absolutely feeling great so went to watch Trolls! I really loved it. What a happy movie! Though this was Brigitte's second time to watch, she enjoyed it again! Love, Miyu

気分がよかったし観たかったトロールズを観に行ったよ。大好き！明るくってホッコリ映画だったよ。ブリジットは２度目だったけど楽しかったって言ってたよ。未愉

Discharge! 退院♪

My 1st Surgery! 一度目の手術★

Oh my gash once again!!! My arm pain got elevated and my fingers were turning their colors to blue and felt so numbed through out the night. Mama took me to the ER at early Friday morning around 4 AM. Doctor at ER told me that I need to have a surgery today.  My forearm was completely bent! It took us for a long long time to take x ray photos as I could barely move my arm.　Putting I.V. into my arm/hand was the nightmare, too! The nurse couldn't find my blood vessel, so she had to prick two spots with needles!  The Orthopedic doctor on site was able to put me to sleep and fix it without any incision.  I got a nice cast on and feeling better! The nurses at Torrance Memorial were awesome! One of my favorite nurse Mrs. Terrie brought me toys and DVD and snacks to made me feel so special! Thank you so much! Love, Miyu

またまた。。オーマイガー！夜中、私の腕の傷み、指の腫れ、しびれは悪化し変色までしてきたの。ママが金曜の明け方４時頃トーランスメモリアルの救急病棟へ連れて行ってくれたの。そこで、即手術の判断がでたんだ。私の前腕は、完全に曲がっていたんだよ。。。ほんの少しだけでも動かしたら恐ろしく痛いからレントゲン撮るのにかなりの時間がかかったんだよ。そして恐ろしい点滴。。。。上手く針が刺さらなくて２か所も刺されちゃったの。その日に病院へいた骨の専門医が私が全身麻酔で眠っている間に切らないで外から骨の位置を戻してギブスしてくれたの。骨が固定されずいぶんと楽になったし、看護師さん達も優しかった。特にテリーと言う人が優しくておもちゃ、DVD,　お菓子色々もって来てくれて心地よくしてくれたんだ。ありがとう。未愉
